Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
200g beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
200g fresh egg noodles (or udon noodles)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 medium carrot (julienned)
1 cup broccoli florets
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1-inch ginger (grated)
2 green onions (chopped)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cornstarch (for beef marinade)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Directions:
To marinate the steak:
Put thinly sliced beef, cornflour, and black pepper in a basin.  After thoroughly mixing, let it marinade for ten minutes.

Cook the Noodles: 
As directed on the package, bring the noodles to a boil.  To avoid sticking, drain and rinse under cold water.  Put aside.

Heat vegetable oil:

Put the veggies:
