Directions
First, get the lobster tails ready.
Set the oven's temperature to 220°C (425°F).
Cut each lobster tail lengthwise through the top shell with kitchen shears. For a visually appealing presentation, carefully remove the meat from the shell and arrange it on top.
Add paprika, salt, and pepper to the lobster meat.
Step 2: Let the Prawns Marinate
Combine one minced garlic clove, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. After adding the prawns to this mixture, set them aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Butter with Garlic
Melt the butter in a small bowl and add half the parsley and the remaining garlic.
Cook the seafood in step four.
Place the lobster tails on a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Apply a large amount of the garlic butter.
The meat should be opaque and somewhat stiff to the touch after 12 to 15 minutes of baking.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the prawns until they curl and turn pink, about 2 minutes each side, during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Step 5: Get the sauce ready.
Mix the cayenne pepper, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Serve alongside.
Step 6: Present and Garnish
Arrange the prawns and lobster tails on a plate for serving. Serve with the prepared sauce and lemon wedges, and garnish with the remaining parsley.
